Why we developed this course?

Without the correct foundation blocks, players often build their rugby development back to front, focusing on higher-end goals without the foundations needed to achieve them. This course allows players to focus on what is required at the foundation level to get the most out of their rugby. Ultimately setting players on the right path to maximise their potential in the 2021 season and beyond.
