Course modules;

A 7 day residential course focussed on the 1st XV environment and those coaching players aged 16-18 years.

​

Designed for those coaching at or aspiring to coach 1st XV and age grade representative players, this programme is most suited to coaches who have prior coaching experience and who aim to create a high performance environment.

The course follows a holistic approach to coaching including  both classroom and practical modules. This equips participants with coaching tools that can be implemented within their team.

The Advanced Coaches’ Course programme runs in-tandem with our Advanced Players’ Course, providing participants the unique opportunity of working live with players, under the guidance of our expert staff coaches.

The programme also includes live observation, where position-specific experts work with individual players across the field in a live scenario. This provides course participants with an opportunity to learn each position across the field in comprehensive detail.

Participants are provided with a course assessment from our expert staff coaches, identifying key strengths, work-ons and a future development plan for each individual coach. 

This ensures participants focus their post course development in the right areas continue development long after the programme is complete.

Course Fees vary depending on location of course and tutors involved.  Contact us for details.  Note cost of air travel to the course facility is not included in the course fee.  Fee free payment plans and group discounts are available.  Fill out an expression of interest below for more information.

Course fees include the following:

• All training and tuition

• Accommodation for the duration of the programme (6 nights)

• All meals for the duration of the programme (IRANZ courses are fully catered)

• Course material folder; including season planner, training diary and other resources.

• An IRANZ training shirt.

• Individual course assessment - feedback on strengths, work-ons and a post-course development plan
